About Us

In 2005 Doug Paterson, Jodi Wyman, Scott Abel, and Robert Patterson joined together to reinvent the firm to become Paterson Patterson Wyman & Abel. Soon after Paterson Patterson Wyman & Abel went on to open offices in Virden and Clear Lake.

Once Scott Abel had received his appointment as a Judge and Robert Patterson was appointed as Master both in the Brandon Court of Queen’s Bench, the firm underwent another change.

 

It was then in 2019 that Jodi Wyman, Kelli Potter and Breena Murray took over as partners of the firm creating Patersons LLP, making the office the first female run law firm in town.

In July 1, 2021, Patersons LLP has expanded into Neepawa and joined forces with Charlie Taylor and Sarah Fast at Taylor Law which is now known as Taylor Law Patersons LLP.

As of September 1, 2023, Jodi Wyman and Kelli Potter are partners of Patersons LLP and Taylor Law LLP.
