Furyal Sadiq is a dedicated and compassionate lawyer specializing in family law, with additional expertise in wills and real estate. She graduated from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Law, in 2023 and was called to the bar in 2024. Her legal journey began with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Manitoba, where she developed a solid foundation in business and finance, providing her with a unique perspective on the financial aspects often involved in family law cases.

Growing up in a small town in Ontario, Furyal learned the importance of community and helping others from an early age. Her love for travel has taken her to Europe, Asia, and various states across the U.S., enriching her understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives. A: I’d have dinner with Amal Clooney. I would ask her how she stays motivated and passionate while working on complex international human rights cases, and what advice she would give to young lawyers hoping to make a difference in the world.

A: My favorite conspiracy theory, even though I don’t believe it, is the idea that there are secret societies controlling world governments.
